Admissions

How to join Al-Barr College

Admissions open once a year for every program. Here is exactly what you need and how the process works. If anything is unclear, call us. We would rather answer a question than have you guess.

The process

Three steps, start to finish

  1. 1

    Fill the form online

It takes about 5 minutes on your phone. You need your marks and your CNIC or B-Form number. Nothing has to be uploaded at this stage.

  2. 2

    We call you

Our admissions team calls to confirm your details, check you meet the requirements for your chosen program, and answer anything you want to ask.

  3. 3

    Visit the campus

Bring your original documents. You will meet the faculty, see the labs, and complete your admission and fee payment on the day.

Contact us
Is this college approved?

Yes. Our nursing and midwifery programs are recognized by the Pakistan Nursing Council. Our allied health programs are affiliated with the Punjab Medical Faculty, Lahore. Both bodies inspect the institution before granting approval.

What marks do I need?

It depends on the program. Most diploma programs need Matric with Science. BS Nursing needs FSc Pre-Medical. The exact requirement is listed on each program page, and the final merit depends on how many people apply that year.

Can girls apply?

Yes. Women make up a large part of our student body across both nursing and allied health programs. Call us if you would like to ask about specific arrangements before applying.

Is a hostel available?

Please call our admissions office to ask about current hostel and transport arrangements, since availability changes between intakes.

Can I visit before I apply?

Yes, and we recommend it. Call ahead and we will keep time for you, show you the labs, and introduce you to the faculty who would teach you.

How much is the fee?

Fees differ by program. Call our admissions office or message us on WhatsApp for the current fee schedule and the payment schedule for your program.

How do I pay the fee?

Our admissions office will explain the payment method and give you the schedule when you visit the campus. Always get a receipt for any payment you make.

When do classes start?

Admission is once a year, in line with the examination schedule of the relevant body. Call us for the dates of the current cycle.

Do you help with registration after admission?

Yes. Students are registered with the relevant council or faculty after admission, and our office handles that process with you rather than leaving you to figure it out.

What if I am already working as a nurse?

Look at the Post RN BSN program. It is built for nurses who already hold a diploma and registration and want to complete a full degree.
